This class is built upon a training we completed with Rachelle Garcia Seliga, titled Innate Postpartum Care (http://www.innatetraditions.com). Her teachings are grounded in postpartum traditions that have been passed from generation to generation that tend to, and highlight, the importance of physical and emotional healing after birth.
You will leave this class with a clear understanding of the postpartum body and many tools to help care for yourself during this important time. We hope to teach this class on a quarterly basis if there is sufficient interest.
$25/individual/partnership, light refreshments provided
